Tasting notes: A beautiful straw yellow color with brilliant silver hues. An intense nose of white fruits with a round and complex vanilla fragrance, without excessive oak. The palate is fresh with fine and balanced acidity, with a dominant round fruitiness and richness. It is a fine and complex white wine.
🍷 Serving temperature 18°C, decant the wine 2 hours before serving. This wine can be kept for about ten years in a cellar.
Planted on a gravelly hillside with a clay-limestone subsoil, the vineyard naturally drains towards the Eau Blanche stream. The 24-hectare property includes 9.50 ha of small vine plots bordered by hedges. The property is now cultivated using organic farming methods.
