FRERES SOULIER Les Croses 2022 Vin de France (Gard) 150cl Magnum Rosé
Grape Variety: Mourvèdre, magnum only
Terroir: Sandy soils in the heart of the garrigue.
Vinification / Aging: Customary direct pressing, fermentation and 10-month aging in barrels without interruption or topping up. No filtration or fining.
Tasting Notes: Majestic, vinous rosé dominated by citrus and red fruits, fine tannins thanks to low yields of 8 hl/ha in this vintage...
🍷 Serving temperature 12°C, slight fizz upon opening
Domaine des Frères Soulier spans 20 hectares of contiguous land in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, a stone's throw from the Pont du Gard, on a north-facing terroir of the same type of white limestone. The objective is to create a self-sufficient estate with great diversity, without neighbors and minimal travel. 11 hectares of vines, 2 hectares of olive trees, 2 hectares of garrigue, and 5 hectares of meadows for their animals.
