VILLA MINNA Le Blouge 2025 Vin de France 75cl Blouge
Grape Varieties: 95% Grenache Noir with a touch of Clairette.
Winemaking: The Grenache Noir undergoes a deliberately short, cold pre-fermentation maceration to extract minimal colour and tannins. Fermentation then begins naturally, with gentle punch-downs to preserve the delicate fruit character.
Halfway through fermentation, the Grenache Noir, initially fermented on its skins like a red wine, is drawn off and pressed. Fermentation then continues in tanks, using only the juice, without the skins or other solids, much like a white wine.
Tasting Notes: A supple, vibrant and fruit-driven wine, bursting with juicy cherry aromas. Wonderfully fresh, lively and deliciously moreish!
🍷 Serving Temperature: 15°C
Located near Aix-en-Provence, the Villa Minna vineyards lie between Éguilles and Saint-Cannat, surrounded by unspoilt natural landscapes.
Certified organic since 2012 and committed to biodynamic farming since 2019, the estate is also transitioning towards vitiforestry, integrating trees into its vineyards. This holistic approach places respect for nature and biodiversity at the heart of everything they do.
The vineyards stretch across two slopes, one north-facing and the other facing due south. Set among rolling hills and Mediterranean garrigue, the vines grow on fossil-rich clay-limestone soils, allowing each grape variety to fully express its aromatic potential.
