XAVIER LEDOGAR
Located in the Corbières-Boutenac appellation area, the LEDOGAR brothers, Xavier and Mathieu - very kind people, by the way - have been masterfully working this estate since the late 90s. At the time, the grapes were brought to the cooperative cellar. However, the beautiful and varied terroirs (clays, limestones mixed with rolled pebbles and red sandstones) made them want to produce their own wines. What a good idea! Today, their naturally produced wines (and organic since 2008, biodynamic) are among the finest wines of their appellations and no longer need to be talked about! For lovers of dry whites, we also offer their Carignan Blanc, a very beautiful gastronomic bottle, a chiseled cuvée reflecting all the minerality of the terroirs!
