Muriel Zoldan, a passionate winemaker and trained oenologist, has long been convinced by “healthy” wines. She took over this estate, already farmed organically in 2017. Several grape varieties are grown in a single block on clay-limestone slopes: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, Abouriou, Syrah for the reds, and Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscat for the whites. Natural vinification with indigenous yeasts gives rise to juicy, energetic cuvées full of pep!
