Muriel Zoldan, a passionate winemaker and trained oenologist, has long been convinced by "healthy" wines. She decided to take over this estate, already organic, in 2017. Several grape varieties are grown on a single plot on clay-limestone hillsides: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, Abouriou, Syrah for the reds, and Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscat for the whites; natural vinification with indigenous yeasts: all for juicy and lively cuvées!
