Maceration of organic elderflower, then distillation in a double boiler still. Floral and slightly citrusy nose. Honeyed palate with rich, vegetal elderflower; both fruity and floral.
Tasting: Beginning or end of a meal; pure, fresh or with ice cubes. In a White Spritz or Hugo Spritz, elderflower liqueur is delicious!
15 ml (1/2 oz) elderflower liqueur
6 mint or lemon balm leaves
180 ml (3/4 cup) ice cubes
125 ml (1/2 cup) sparkling wine
15 ml (1/2 oz) sparkling water
1 lemon slice
1 lime slice
