Clément Perseval is a Champagne winemaker in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. Clément took over 2 hectares of the family vineyards, which he branded with his own name before taking full control. He works the vines in his own way, respecting biodiversity, and vinifies naturally. His work aims to express the full potential of his Chamery terroir.
