Terroir: From the Grand Cru Hengst-Marno-calcaro-gréseux
Tasting notes: A vintage with great depth combining minerality and warmth, sun-baked stone, imagine spices, tropical fruits and juicy lemon zest in a blend!
🍷 Serving temperature 12°! Natural wine that may show a slight effervescence upon opening, decant well in the glass!
The Hebinger Family are winemakers located in Eguisheim, Alsace, who have been working with Organic and Biodynamic agriculture since 2006. "Our conviction is that the respect Man shows for Nature reflects the respect he shows for himself." We fully agree with this philosophy! Regarding winemaking, they adopt the least interventionist approach possible.
They cultivate 11 ha with this respect. Their vineyards are also located on 4 Grand Crus: 2 in Eguisheim (Eichberg and Pfersigberg), 1 in Wintzenheim (Hengst) and the last in Niedermorschwihr (Sommerberg).
