The latest creation from the eponymous distillery, Twelve 42° is the result of an alchemy between elegance and approachability. A luminous balance emanates from this cuvée, produced in small quantities on the high plateaus of Aubrac.
Aged in several carefully selected casks by the Master Blender, this harmonious whisky was bottled by gravity after a slow reduction of several months.
The Twelve distillery (Twelve, like the department...) is located in Laguiole on the Aubrac plateau. Its Celtic origins, peat bogs, and pure water echo the birthplaces of whisky: Scotland and Ireland. This French distillery is situated at an altitude of over 1000 meters!
Its symbol is the bull from the depths of time. The first letter of the Proto-Sinaitic alphabet, one of the oldest known, the logo aims to honor the emblematic animal of Aubrac, but also the volcanic geology of the region, millions of years old, guaranteeing the exceptional water that is at the base of this whisky.
