Jean-Baptiste Semmartin, Pyrenean by origin began working his few hectares of vines in 2015 with a former colleague. Meticulous, observant and gifted with strong, instinctive farming sense, his vines are cared for with the utmost attention. Vinification is very low-intervention, with constant questioning throughout the ageing process to achieve the greatest possible precision. His very first vintages had already won us over, filled with finesse, minerality and a strong sense of identity.
