FEDELLOS DO COUTO Testoiro 2020 Ribeira Sacra Spain 75cl White
Grape varieties: Doña Blanca, Godello
Terroir: Granitic and schist soils on the steep slopes of the Sil, at the southeastern end of Ribeira Sacra
Tasting notes: A beautiful golden color, notes of yellow fruit but also stony on the nose, a voluminous, fresh, saline palate, an oxidative note on the finish, a very, very beautiful wine for white wine lovers!

A magnificent and dreamy place for a holiday, the Ribeira Sacra vineyard is located in southeastern Galicia, Spain. The soils are composed of granite and schist on incredible slopes. Some plots still have beautiful old dry stone walls! The maritime influence is undeniable, bringing softness to the ripeness of the grapes.
The Fedellos do Couto vineyard, established in 2011, is the result of a union of several passionate winemakers: Luis Taboada, Pablo Soldavini, Curro Bareno, and Jesus Olivares. The small vineyard spans 4 hectares, and winemaking is truly minimalist; fermentations use indigenous yeasts and whole clusters, and macerations are long and gentle.
These wines are among our Cellar's favorites! They possess incredible finesse and delicacy! They somewhat resemble the style of Jura wines, far from preconceptions about Spanish wines!
