The Mignon brothers, Florent and Julien, took over their father's vineyards in 2015. They are part of Champagne’s new generation of growers. They farm 8.5 hectares of vines with exceptional genetic heritage (massal selections), spread across the Grand Cru villages of Avize and Cramant, and the 1er Cru villages of Cuis and Cumières (Pinot Noir). The estate is farmed organically and according to biodynamic principles. Their wines generally do not undergo malolactic fermentation (though it is not blocked), resulting in beautifully vibrant tension.

As a fun detail, the brothers are passionate comic book fans and have named each of their barrels after a comic book hero.
