In 2005, Pascal Mugneret joined the family estate after a career as an engineer. He followed his father Gérard, his grandfather René, and his great-grandfather Eugène in this beautiful profession of winemaker. And it was not without a lot of thought, as Pascal is a very thoughtful person. Here are some excerpts from his thoughts that can be found on his website. "First and foremost, I am particularly fond of the term winemaker; it constantly brings us back to the land, to the common sense of the farmer, that of observation, that of our grandparents, that which we have so much trouble finding again."

"In summary, not all wines are exceptional, long-keeping... Just as not all of us are beautiful, rich, strong, and intelligent. But each of us steers our own ship, each wine will tell a story, a story that should be gathered young if the wine had a difficult birth, and conversely, a story that we will learn about after and for several years for the encounter to be even more beautiful."
