Grape varieties: Chenin, Grolleau Gris, Cabernet Franc & Chardonnay

Tasting notes: Pale straw colour with fine bubbles. The nose is delicate yet intense, offering notes of candied quince and apple. On the palate, it’s vibrant and energetic, with lively bubbles and a ripe, gourmand texture. The finish is crisp, lightly bitter and saline, leaving a lasting impression of freshness.
