Tasting Notes: The “Blouge” (Blanc + Rouge) is a perfect bistrot wine – vibrant and full of energy! A breezy summer pour: light but juicy, with a hint of white pepper.
🍷 A natural wine with a touch of frizzante – recommend decanting for 30 minutes before serving.
Guillaume Noire is based in Rablay-sur-Layon, where he produced his first vintage in 2017. His approach is rooted in traditional, rural values and deep respect for nature. Just grapes - and nothing but grapes - grown without herbicides or pesticides, then vinified without any additives, apart from a minuscule dose of sulphur (SOâ‚‚) if absolutely necessary!
