GUILLAUME NOIRE ELEMENTS Sa M2 2023 VdF (Anjou) 75cl Orange

€2100 EUR

Grape variety: Sauvignon – 100% skin contact – 10.5%

Sauvignon blanc macerated for 2.5 weeks, then pressed and blended back together to complete fermentation.

Tasting notes: A highly floral and airy wine, with elderflower and tea aromas. Fresh and textured on the palate with a lovely saline finish... perfect for laid-back pairings!

🍷 A natural wine with a touch of frizzante – recommend decanting for 30 minutes before serving.

Guillaume Noire is based in Rablay-sur-Layon, where he produced his first vintage in 2017. His approach is rooted in traditional, rural values and deep respect for nature. Just grapes – and nothing but grapes – grown without herbicides or pesticides, then vinified without any additives, apart from a minuscule dose of sulphur (SO₂) if absolutely necessary!
