Imanol Garay, originally from San Sebastián, is right where he can see his mountains. It all started with négociant grapes that he selected from both sides of the Pyrenees, on the French and Spanish sides. Then he gradually planted a few vines. A cooper in a previous life, he already traveled throughout France, tasted many things, and drew inspiration. He is guided by his intuition, listens to his vines and the vibrations they emit. His wines are resolutely personal and vibrant.
