American Wheat Ale with delicious aromas of pink grapefruit, sage, lemon zest, dried rose, pine, and tropical fruits.

This is the latest brewery in the Pau region! Established since early 2022 in Lons, Vincent Delcourt sets the bar high with his beers featuring exotic flavors. A very nice range including a Pale Ale, an IPA, a White IPA with grapefruit zest...and an Oatmeal Stout. Since we are in the Jurançon terroir, a nod to the Appellation with a beer brewed with organic Manseng pomace around the harvest period, which we absolutely loved! Coming soon are ephemeral new releases: a DDH, a sour, and... a beer inspired by the brewery's name... with ashes.

Like most brewers, it's not entirely by chance that one discovers the joys of hops! Already a beer enthusiast, Vincent, a trained chef and former market gardener (picking at Aragnon in Montardon), went on a trip and found himself on the other side of the world in New Zealand with someone who brewed and made wine from everything—beer, plum wine, or grapes... this is where a new passion began! Back in France, he undertook training and internships. Once well-equipped, Vincent joined a third place "Les Granges d'Uzan" not far from his comfort zone to set up his brewery "La Cendrée" opposite the Domaine de Sers. A creative place amidst music rehearsals, sculpture, and concerts.

It's also worth knowing that he is a committed brewer; he is part of the "Reverredire" network – bottles are returnable! You can bring them back to several collection points throughout France and at the Cave du Palais. Hopefully, one day, we will be like in the Netherlands or Germany.
