LA TROCHOIRE Elisabeth 2017 Chinon Blanc 150cl Magnum White
Grape Variety: Chenin
Tasting Notes: An elegant nose of white fruits, a round and silky palate with a very long finish.
🍷 Serving temperature 10-12°
The estate, managed by Bastien Rocour, aims to be agricultural, not just viticultural. Hedges, orchards, vineyards, meadows, and cultivated lands harmoniously alternate according to the topography of the area. However, viticulture remains predominant with approximately 3 hectares of white grapes, and his deepest wish is "to produce honest wines, without artifice, whose sole purpose is to reflect this place, the climatology of the vintage, and the sum of actions performed throughout the year." The first vintages are very promising; we truly enjoyed them!
