The craft brewery La Varette is located in Ibos in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65). The beers focus on natural, indigenous and/or spontaneous fermentations. Benjamin is far from a conventional approach; inspired by the seasons and uses fruits and flowers from his immediate surroundings!
Sour Beer
Gruit with indigenous fermentation, infused and macerated with wild flowers (such as carrot blossoms) and summer herbs.
