The craft brewery La Varette is located in Ibos in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65). The beers focus on natural, indigenous and/or spontaneous fermentations. Benjamin is far from a conventional approach; inspired by the seasons and uses fruits and flowers from his immediate surroundings!
Sour Beer
Indigenously fermented beer. A gruit brewed with mugwort and meadowsweet, barrel-fermented over several months.
A collaboration with Brasserie Ellipse.
