MAISON 16 is an independent French liqueur producer, specializing in the production of artisanal liqueurs made from wild-harvested ingredients. Originating from a small village in the Loire (42) region, the liqueurs are developed and handmade.
Behind this project is César, also known as Seize (16), a young entrepreneur with a strong desire to modernize liqueurs and create authentic and vibrant drinks.
The raw materials are carefully selected: the alcohol, pure cane sugar, and wild-harvested plants are certified organic.
Wild harvesting is done locally by hand. It takes place on family forest plots in Haute Loire, and also in partnership with herbalist pickers or the National Forestry Office. This project values the natural resources of our region with an environmental and sustainable approach.
The liqueurs are produced using a natural process: maceration. The green hues are provided by the chlorophyll pigment, naturally present in plants. The color fades with light exposure and time, without altering the taste. They are made without additives, added flavors, colorants, or preservatives.
