A true signature of the distillery and the fruit of 20 years of expertise, this Single Malt, brewed by Brasserie Pietra and then distilled and aged for an extended period at Domaine Mavela, is distinguished by the smoothness of its aromas. The slow maturation in ex-white and Muscat wine casks from Domaine Gentile imbues it with the wild terroir of Corsica, making it so original that it becomes truly unique.
The Mavela distillery is located on the eastern plain, near Aleria, in Corsica, and transforms the island's main fruits into eaux-de-vie and liqueurs. Since 1999, the distillery has partnered with the Pietra brewery to produce whiskies in very limited quantities.
