x1 Osless Egin 2022 – Pétillant Naturel (Spain) – 75cl – Naturally Sweet Sparkling White
50% Petit Courbu, 50% Petit Manseng from Balmaseda (30 km SW of Bilbao), grown on schist soils.
A naturally sweet pétillant, created by spontaneous re-fermentation.
Currently still, this wine may evolve into a delicate fizz while retaining its aromatic richness. With 30g of residual sugar, it tastes like half that due to its bright, mouthwatering acidity.
Rich, refined and explosively aromatic, this is a dazzling expression of balance and energy for natural wine lovers seeking something singular.

100% Tannat, grown beneath the historic Moncade Tower in Orthez.

Imanol Garay, originally from San Sebastián, feels at home wherever he can see his mountains. His winemaking journey began by carefully selecting grapes from both sides of the Pyrenees, in both France and Spain. Over time, he started planting his own vines, step by step.

A cooper in a former life, Imanol travelled across France, tasting widely, absorbing inspiration, and honing his unique vision. Guided by instinct, he listens to his vines and the energy they release.

His wines are deeply personal, vibrant, and full of soul; just like the man himself.
