Imanol Garay, originally from San Sebastián, is right where he sees his mountains. It all started with bought grapes that he selected from both sides of the Pyrenees, French and Spanish. Then he gradually planted some vines. A cooper in a previous life, he already traveled through France, tasted many things and found inspiration. He is driven by his intuition, listens to his vines and the vibrations they give off. His wines are resolutely personal and vibrant... such a captivating artist-winemaker!
