Grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay

Ageing: A blend of vintages 2011, 2012, 2013... up to 2022, from various parcels! A perpetual reserve is topped up every year using the Solera method. The earliest vintages are blended with the most recent.

Aged in barrels and demi-muids from the alcoholic fermentation onwards, disgorged in October 2023.

Presentation of the estate by the winemakers (Bénédicte and Emmanuel Leroy):

Our estate covers 4 hectares in Essoyes, on the Côte des Bar, in the Aube region, on south/south-east facing slopes.

In 2010, we began conversion to organic farming and started vinifying our own harvests. We also follow biodynamic principles, and our grapes have been Demeter-certified since 2014.

We also live on a farm with cows, sheep, and horses... which allows us to embrace biodynamics as a whole.
