SALAMANDRE Old Prune d'Ente Brandy 46% 70cl

This old Ente plum is a "pure fruit" eau de vie, resulting from a natural fermentation of Agen plums, harvested a few dozen kilometers from the Distillerie de Salamandre in Sarlat. This fermented plum mash is then distilled in our traditional copper stills. It is an "hors d'âge" plum eau de vie aged for a minimum of 12 years in old oak barrels. Very round and distinctive, a subtle prune note follows a slightly woody attack. The quality of this eau de vie regularly earns it the highest awards at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris (8 times medaled since 1991).
