In the Basque countryside, a discreet still produces spirits that are both artisanal and modern. At Sugaar, they produce high-end, aromatic, and truly handmade spirits, whose main ingredients come from the Basque Country.
Aromatics: Juniper berries, lemon peel, orange peel, coriander berries, lemongrass, cardamom, black pepper.
Elaboration:
- Separate macerations for each aromatic.
- Blending of the different fractions.
- Distillation of the blend.
Still: Stupfler still
Tasting notes: Orregin gin is characterized by citrus and spicy notes. The palate is elegant and balanced, full-bodied and fresh.
