The beautiful story of La Guinelle vinegar house began in 1999! “At first, people laughed when I said I wanted to make vinegar!”, Nathalie likes to recall. But that did not stop her from pursuing her journey through the vineyards, starting in Banyuls, and soon all across France, to craft vinegar in a truly artisanal way.
