Winemaking: 7-day maceration, followed by fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tank for 8 months. Indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered & no added sulphites.

Since 2012, Ignasi Segui has been focusing on the twenty hectares of vines that make up the estate. Located in the Penedès appellation, Ignasi and his family work exclusively with the region’s traditional varieties, such as Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Monastrell, Sumoll, Garnacha Blanca and Malvasia de Sitges. The vines are on average around sixty years old. Everything is done naturally.
