Ahhh! The holidays are fast approaching. Time to gather on the patio, in the garden, on the balcony, or by the window to enjoy the beautiful, lengthening days. To accompany you, here's a little something to read. Each month, we share with you new arrivals and offerings from the cellar, our latest favorites, our hidden gems, and most importantly, our passion for continually discovering winemakers who work with respect for nature. We are proud to offer you wines of terroir and character, wines we would love to have in our own glass! As we say here: Santat

New Arrivals at the Cellar

The return of Camargue with the arrival of summer is perfectly timed  We love Mas Mellet with its sunny, delightful, and easy-drinking small cuvées, as well as its beautiful "Salines" gastronomic range, crafted in the spirit of a certain... Eric Pfifferling, who is never far away... You will feast on a red of beautiful finesse, a rare white in very, very small quantities, 100% Vermentino, very iodized, for lovers of fine gastronomic whites  , and a rosé worthy of a Tavel, with a dark pink hue reminiscent of freshly pressed raspberry juice, and a palate full of fruit, round and saline – it's incredibly good! It will reconcile even the most skeptical rosé drinkers forever 

Let's head to the heights of Limoux to discover a new arrival at the cellar, the domain of Etienne Fort ! All his cuvées have a definite saline backbone and precise aromatics. His Blanquette and Chenin white are thirst-quenching with their tension, and the red, made from Syrah, is a crisp and tangy cuvée perfect for barbecue season! 

Another great new arrival, freshly in, from the Muscadet region! This is Guillaume Lavie, established on beautiful plots in the small village of Gorges. His vision is agrarian, full of common sense and observation in his vineyard where biodiversity largely thrives. In winter, it's the sheep  that complete his work!

On the Terrasses du Larzac, the two companions from Chemin are back with 2 cuvées: a 100% Cinsault that is both crisp and full-bodied, and the Tangerine cuvée, a little bomb of indulgence with fresh fruit and well-integrated tannins! 

New from Chinon: the Domaine des Frères ! Having been established for barely 3 years, they are already making waves with lovely cuvées crafted on beautiful terroirs and with the most natural and precise methods possible. We have the "Les Pucelles" cuvée, named after the eponymous plot, on Turonian limestone soil, a 100% Cabernet Franc that is incredibly fine!

A little apple in this world of grapes  ! The Domaine Dupont in the beautiful Normandy Pays d'Auge appellation delights us with its Calvados of great intensity and various finishes (Caroni, Islay Whisky), as well as new additions: a Triple Cider designed like a beer for gastronomy, a white apple wine, this one conceived like a wine, dry, without effervescence, very iodized and mineral, perfect to accompany beautiful shellfish and crustaceans without hesitation!

And also a bit of exotica, returnees and new arrivals from across the borders! In Portugal, we find the superb Dão estate, worked entirely in biodynamics, Casa de Mouraz, and in Spain, on the Andalusia side, the delicious Fino de Emilio Hidalgo in Jerez, aged 15 years under flor, promises beautiful food & wine pairings...
