Going up (a little) the Loire

Have we ever told you we love the Loire? Well, yes, probably a little bit... A majestically wild river. Besides the sublime castles that line its banks, it boasts an almost infinite viticultural heritage, unfolding rich and varied natural and human identities in its curves.

- We begin the journey at the end... In Vertou, in the Muscadet region, we find  Antoine Delaunay, who brings a rare intensity to his Melons (the grape variety, not the one from Cavaillon ;), Fiés Gris, and other Chardonnays that immediately make you want to put on a raincoat, boots, and take a good breath of sea air (with a beautiful veal, oyster, and mint tartare, it's perfect). And as a bonus, a lovely red to accompany Indian summer barbecues.

- A little further on, in Anjou Noir, due to the schist soils, the  Dhommé estate collects lovely Ligurian grapes. "Ch'nin" with salivating citrus, Grolleau and Pineau d'Aunis joyfully floral and finely spiced, for moments of homecoming at light prices to boot....

Alsace is in the house!

Two new estates arriving directly from the foothills of the Vosges, where half-timbered houses and gastronomy make a pleasant match.

- In Eguisheim, the  Paul Ginglinger estate has been a fixture. Since 1610, the family has cultivated grapes on the hillsides of this village located a few leagues from Colmar. Riesling, Sylvaner, blends of several white grape varieties, come and discover these juices from the cold but with a warm heart. And if you think 75 cl won't be enough, they've even thought of the Litron!!

-  Pépin is the trading range (grape purchase) of the Achillée estate in Scherwiller. And the least we can say is that it's serious!!! Well-sourced grapes, vinification without inputs, everything is done to ensure that the tasting provides beautiful emotions. Dry, taut, and aromatic white, spicy and gourmet orange wine, deep but slender Pet'Nat'. A pip that won't get stuck in your throat.

Sober September: come and assemble your mocktail

If the summer was too devoted to long, boozy evenings and you want to continue enjoying golden hours without raising the temperature, we have what you need!!
