New Arrivals
To start this journey by tempting your taste buds, let's head to the Nantes region where Michel Bedouet and his son Antonin delight us with very mouth-watering cuvées! They also highlight the Muscadet crus, including that of Pallet, with a superb gastronomic cuvée at a... truly affordable price!
Beautiful arrival from the CÎte de Beaune: the Domaine Chandon de Briailles, one of Burgundy's Great Family Estates. From an early age, Claude and François were taught environmentally friendly cultivation practices and continue to carry out meticulous work. You can also discover two cuvées from the merchant François de Nicolay, where the environmental concerns are the same: beautiful grapes vinified as naturally as possible.
Not a month goes by without new arrivals from Champagne winemakers! As you can tell, we have passionate enthusiasts in the cellar who are dedicated to unearthing the latest gems from Champagne winemakers... for your greatest pleasure! This month, let's head to the CÎte des Bar to discover Piollot and Petit Clergeot Champagnes! Mainly Pinot Noir cuvées from beautiful calcareous subsoils.
Dominique from Domaine Dom&Terre in CorbiÚres visited our cellar and dropped off some wines! Originally from Jura, and with many years of experience in Languedoc wines, he created his estate in 2017 and works as naturally as possible, driven by his deeply held convictions passed down from his parents... These are fantastic cuvées, full of zing and character, waiting to be discovered!
Finally, here's the surprise, not so far from us... from the Spanish Basque Country! A superb Txakoli made by Jon, one of the rare winemakers working organically in this region... Practicing polyculture, including only 1 hectare of Hondarribi (Gros Courbu) vines, with strong convictions, his wines have only been labeled since 2014 and are offered locally in limited quantities. Rarely distributed in France, we are proud to introduce you to this superb gastronomic cuvée! Tension and minerality are guaranteed...
