Two fantastic breweries: Beavertown Brewery and Siren Craft Brewery.
BEAVERTOWN in the heart of London with a can concept...better for the environment, lighter, easy to carry and recycle, protects from light, no risk of oxidation, thus preserving freshness and aromas...well, we're all for it!! And what's more, they're very good...crazy, right? 3 versions today, but more to come...
- a "8 Ball" Rye IPA 6.2% - 65 IBU with rye or black wheat (Very hoppy blonde - Columbus, Citra, Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Pacific Jade)
- a "Black Betty" Black IPA 7.4% - 75 IBU (Dark, also very hoppy, floral, tropical with roasted aromas - Columbus, Chinook, and Citra!)
- a "Smog Rocket" Smoked Porter 5.4% - 29 IBU (Dark with 9 different malts, including "Rauchmaltz" from Germany, and two hops: Magnum and the very resinous Chinook!!)
SIREN CRAFT BREWERY, located on the outskirts of the City, with a very nice range of balanced and easy-drinking beers...5 classic versions and sometimes more experimental ones!!
- "Undercurrent" 4.5%, a spiced blonde with fresh herb notes, grapefruit and apricot flavors with a creamy, silky mouthfeel (hops: Cascade and Palisade).
- "Soundwave" 5.6%, a West Coast California-style IPA, very golden, very hoppy with a powerful grapefruit, peach, and mango flavor with a subtle resinous bitterness on the finish.
- "Liquid Mistress" 5.8%, a West Coast-style red IPA with flavors of grapes, caramelized grains, and biscuits with citrus notes.
- "Broken Dream" 6%, a breakfast stout (for breakfast...) with smoky, roasted, and chocolatey touches with a velvety mouthfeel!! To be enjoyed in a large bowl...
- "Calypso" 4% batch 377, a Berlin-style white beer with a maximum of Mosaic hops...ooh-ooh!
