Located not far from Chinon, Claire and Florent Bejon cultivate 5.2 hectares of vines (4.6 hectares of Cabernet Franc, 0.6 hectares of Chenin). In the vineyard, the soil is pampered; in the cellar, the approach is as natural as possible. Vinifications are parcel-based, with no inputs, not even sulfites when the vintage allows.
