Domaine Mélaric is composed of Mélanie and Aymeric, both with solid experience in the wine world before settling in the Loire region in 2006. They set down roots in the beautiful Saumur area of Puy Notre-Dame, gradually acquiring their 4 hectares of vines. It is a hill with magnificent tuffeau soils, highly sought after for their minerality, and where more and more young winemakers are settling! Their bio-biodynamic approach to their work, along with gentle and patient aging practices, brings purity and minerality.
