BORDATTO Lurumea 2022 Irouléguy 75cl Rouge
Grape variety: 100% Tannat
Terroir: Dolomite, Ophite. Very old vines on hillsides.
Aging: 18 months in tank.
Tasting: A pure, very fruity Tannat, with a palate of fine elegance, generous and balanced, without ever being too tannic or "rustic." The terroir brings a certain minerality and freshness on the finish. Best enjoyed after a good aeration to allow the wine to settle, paired with a flavorful dish, pan-fried ham, a good piece of meat... and a smile!
🍷 Serving temperature: 18°C, decanting recommended 2 hours before serving.
