SOULIER BROTHERS

The Domaine des Frères Soulier consists of 20 hectares of contiguous land in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, close to the Pont du Gard, on a north-facing terroir composed of the same type of white limestone. The goal is to create an autonomous place with high biodiversity, without neighbors and with minimal travel. It includes 11 hectares of vineyards, 2 hectares of olive groves, 2 hectares of garrigue, and 5 hectares of meadows for their animals.
