Château de Bouillerot, located in Entre-deux-mers, has been a wine estate since 1874, today worked by Thierry Bos. The 8-hectare estate has been organically farmed since 2013 on predominantly clay-limestone soils. The estate likes to work in particular with forgotten grape varieties that nevertheless originate from the Bordeaux region such as Carménère or Malbec.
